1lb of frozen pink swimming scallops from the BC coast! They are harvested using an innovative Butterfly trawl, which received the Romeo LeBlanc Award for Responsible Fishing. This unique method takes advantage of the scallops’ natural swimming behaviour, keeping the net off the ocean floor and minimizing bycatch.
