Can I customize my order?

We’ll do our best to accommodate you if there is something special you would like to add that you don’t see in the Seafood Market. No alterations to Catch of the week boxes.

How long will my fish stay fresh?

If it’s frozen, it’s good for 6 months. All fresh seafood will come with an ‘eat by’ date and instructions on how to best store them.

What comes with each delivery?

Catch of the Week boxes are made of insulated cardboard boxes with a gel ice pack inside. Individual items are wrapped in butcher's paper with an information label. They will be stored on ice until you pick them up.

Will my seafood stay fresh in transit?

All pick-up points are less than 90-minutes away from Codfathers Seafood market. All products are refrigerated in transit for your safety.

What precautionary measures is Fish for Life taking regarding COVID-19?

We follow our Covid-19 plan according to all the latest Interior Health orders.

How do we cook our seafood?

Just ask! Message us on Instagram or Facebook or follow our blogs for recipes and tips. 

Can we freeze products?

Some products aren’t suitable for home freezing, and we can advise on that.
